No Fee Unless We Win

The Braswell Firm understands that most people do not have the money to pay a lawyer several hundred dollars per hour to work on their case.  We believe that all people deserve the best legal representation possible despite their financial position – especially those who have been injured or killed through no fault of their own.  This is why The Braswell Firm operates on a “contingency fee” basis.  This simply means that our clients do not pay us a penny unless we recover money for them.  The Braswell Firm will pay all expenses and costs associated with the prosecution of your case and you do not pay (or repay) anything unless we recover for you.  Thus, if no recovery is made, you do not owe us anything.
